What you'll do

Oversee and coordinate the installation of mechanical, electrical, and fiber optic components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in system installation, integration, and testing in a shipyard environment.
Familiarity with SPALTs, ODs, Navy specifications, standards, and documentation processes.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues collaboratively.
Certified or capable of certification in critical skills operations (crimping, soldering, fiber optics).
Willingness to work on-site at shipyards with frequent travel between facilities.
