What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field plus at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required.
  • Experience in system installation, integration, and testing in a shipyard environment.
  • Familiarity with SPALTs, ODs, Navy specifications, standards, and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and testing.
  • Certified or capable of certification in critical skills operations (crimping, soldering, fiber optics).
