What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with ITIL practices.

Expertise in cloud technologies (GCP preferred) and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Strong troubleshooting skills with data-driven decision-making for incident resolution.
