This role involves designing end-to-end analytics solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define problems and set measurable objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and ensuring robust data preparation and feature engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, SQL, machine learning, cloud platforms, and MLOps, along with a strong background in advanced analytics and the ability to mentor junior team members while influencing senior stakeholders. This position requires deep expertise in statistical modeling, time series analysis, optimization, and prescriptive analytics, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in end-to-end analytics/ML solutions, including model development and deployment.
Deep expertise in machine learning/statistical modeling techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection.
Strong proficiency with Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience leading technical work and mentoring junior data scientists; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
10+ years of experience in predictive/prescriptive analytics solutions and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
US Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
