The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product or customer care analytics, advanced proficiency in SQL, big data technologies like Redshift and Spark, BI tools such as Tableau, expertise in experimentation design and causal inference, understanding of AI-native architectures, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. What we're looking for

Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into testable hypotheses.
Proven skills in data storytelling and impactful visualization creation.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
