Senior TPM, Mathematical Software & Algorithms

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans for feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee the development and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software to meet technical, functional, and business requirements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms for threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure effective system integration.
• Manage the software release process to ensure all deployments meet defined quality standards and schedules.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies with subject matter experts to protect timelines.
• Allocate and monitor personnel, software, and hardware resources to prevent project bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and project reports.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
• Experience working on or alongside a team developing mathematical software, such as optimization solvers, estimation engines, or simulation frameworks (preferred).
