You will perform executive briefings, public speaking, and technical demonstrations while mentoring the internal workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating labs, demos, and training content, as well as performing reverse engineering, malware analysis, and threat hunting. The role requires proficiency in FortiGuard services like antivirus, IPS, and web filtering, alongside specific technologies including FortiRecon, FortiSOAR, FortiNDR, Deceptor, Sandbox, EDR/XDR, and ZTNA. You will address the challenge of outmaneuvering sophisticated adversaries by leveraging AI and machine learning to uncover hidden threats and accelerate investigation workflows within complex network environments.

What you'll do

Deliver executive briefings and technical presentations to C-suite leaders and large audiences.
Act as a subject matter expert on threat intelligence, advanced malware, and AI/ML security applications.
Create labs, demos, and training content for the sales and marketing workforce.
Support presales activities by positioning Fortinet’s detection and response capabilities against competitors.
Conduct research in reverse engineering, malware analysis, and threat hunting to inform product development.
Develop whitepapers and other content to establish brand authority and thought leadership.
Manage strategic relationships with industry partners and information sharing centers (ISACs).
Mentor and train the internal SE/CSE community on FortiGuard services and technologies.

What we're looking for

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of industry experience with similar presentation experience is required.
Expert knowledge of advanced cyber threats, adversarial AI techniques, and machine learning models.
Proficiency in malware analysis, sandbox concepts (PE32/64 Windows), and the security vulnerability lifecycle.
Ability to deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to both technical teams and C-level leadership.
Experience with penetration testing frameworks like Metasploit and knowledge of networking concepts are assets.
Expertise in threat hunting, lab development, reverse engineering, and SOAR/ASM technologies is preferred.
