What you'll do

  • Drive orchestration for complex programs by coordinating across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, quality, safety, and legal standards in product development.
  • Lead AI-driven analysis and experiments to understand customer needs and improve product performance.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and writing code with AI technologies.
  • Background in corporate finance or FP&A, translating financial concepts into technical requirements.
  • Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, and working prototypes for stakeholder validation.
  • Experience documenting end-to-end data lineage and business logic transformations.
  • Developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, etc.
