What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related hybrid role.
  • Proven ability to own and shape roadmaps for infrastructure or data platforms.
  • Experience driving migrations and modernization efforts for data platforms.
  • Strong technical background in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Hex, or similar data platform tools.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional programs with tight timelines independently.
  • Expertise in defining success metrics and gathering customer requirements effectively.
