What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related hybrid role.
Proven ability to own and shape roadmaps for infrastructure or data platforms.
Experience driving migrations and modernization efforts for data platforms.
Strong technical background in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Hex, or similar data platform tools.
Track record of leading cross-functional programs with tight timelines independently.
Expertise in defining success metrics and gathering customer requirements effectively.
