What you'll do

Design, prototype, and validate AI Agent solutions to automate medical content lifecycles and scientific literature publishing.
Lead the design of production-ready AI applications focusing on RAG architectures, data flow orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Identify high-impact use cases where Large Language Models can solve non-deterministic problems in Medical Affairs workflows.
Author high-quality specifications and communicate actionable requirements to engineering and QA teams.
Define and track clear KPIs to demonstrate the ROI of AI solutions to stakeholders.
Translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical departments like Legal, Medical, and Regulatory.
Collaborate with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex medical workflows.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of experience in enterprise software product management, engineering, or data science.
Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
Must possess strong coding skills in languages like Python and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Must have a deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content.
Must have experience with data modeling (ERDs).
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Must be based in a region within the Eastern Standard Time zone.
Experience with Veeva Vault Medical (preferred).
Familiarity with scientific literature planning, authoring, review, submissions, or publishing (preferred).
Experience as a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering professional (preferred).
