Senior Systems Operations Engineer - Major Problem Management

What you'll do

• Execute root cause analysis for major incidents by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Perform proactive problem management to identify and mitigate stability issues.
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes while leading teams to meet technical deliverables.
• Create recommendations to eliminate risks of incident recurrence and improve service quality.
• Conduct quality reviews and validate evidence of remediation actions taken.
• Track the status of problem resolution efforts across all organizational levels.
• Review complex operational support systems to identify potential risks and ensure high availability.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture
• Expertise in Problem Management, including root cause analysis for major incidents
• Proficiency in Major Incident Management and ITIL practices
• Strong ability to write comprehensive reports for various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering principles
