What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
Independently generate and maintain equipment service life evaluation tools (preferred).
Success leading equipment sustainment evaluations and identifying critical at-risk components (preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in negotiation (preferred).
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement (preferred).
