What you'll do

Develop and maintain the video system software stack for cloud gaming, broadcasting, and conferencing.
Contribute to the Windows device driver (WDDM) to power video acceleration and capture pipelines.
Implement digital rights management (DRM) schemes to protect premium video content.
Optimize video playback performance across various browsers and applications.
Own features through the entire lifecycle from initial requirements and design to production.
Debug and resolve complex, hard-to-reproduce issues within the video hardware acceleration stack.
Leverage GPU hardware capabilities to build high-performance, low-power video solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of meaningful software development experience are required.
Proficiency in C/C++ with strong optimization and debugging skills is required.
Experience with Windows or Linux driver development is highly helpful.
Knowledge of operating system internals and device driver models (WDDM) is a strong plus.
Experience with Microsoft MFT, DirectShow, DirectX, and DXVA is preferred.
Knowledge of video processing and modern compression standards like H.264, HEVC, VP9, and AV1 is preferred.
