What you'll do

Architect and develop boot firmware for flagship CPUs in automotive and data center markets.
Define, decompose, and verify functional, safety, and security requirements for system architecture.
Perform failure analysis using FMEA and DFA on bootloader functionality and architecture.
Develop and validate features on pre-silicon simulation platforms prior to tapeout.
Execute silicon verification and provide post-silicon support and productization for firmware features.
Write high-quality code in C and Python for embedded systems and Linux kernel software.
Integrate AI tools to improve development processes and increase engineering productivity.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in EE, CS, CE, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant proven experience.
Strong proficiency in C and Python programming and debugging skills.
Detailed and extensive experience with Linux kernel software.
Experience in embedded software development (ARM technologies and bare metal are preferred).
Experience in embedded software development and verification process, with bootloader experience a plus.
Understanding of automotive functionality safety and security standards for semiconductor projects.
Working experience with AI tools such as Codex or creating agentic AI tools (preferred).
