As a Senior Software Engineer in Cisco’s Data Center Business Unit, you will join a dynamic team focused on developing Ethernet Switching products for AI, cloud computing, and enterprise environments. The role requires expertise in C/C++ and Python programming, experience with embedded and router/switch software development, and proficiency with tools like GDB for debugging. Additionally, familiarity with L2/L3 packet forwarding and traffic generator tools such as IXIA and Spirent is essential, while SDK development on NPU/DPU/Networking ASICs is highly desirable.
