What you'll do

Monitors product performance and analyzes moderately complex failures to suggest corrective action.
Integrates data from multiple sources to develop solutions for moderately complex specifications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Support Engineering or a related role.
Certification in Electronics or a related area.
4+ years of experience with digital hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience working in a lab environment for at least 4 years.
Leadership experience, including interaction with senior leadership.
