As a Senior Supply Chain Engineer at this leading company, you will join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of supplier components throughout product development cycles. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical assessments of components for various products, collaborating with design and procurement teams to integrate these components seamlessly, and supporting the New Product Introduction process by validating suppliers' processes before launch. You will also engage in failure analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain performance and reducing costs. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or related fields, with expertise in electrical and mechanical properties assessment, reliability testing, and process controls. Proficiency in tools like X-ray and SEM for failure analysis is essential, as well as strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and suppliers. This role involves working on high-scale projects that impact product quality and supply chain efficiency at a significant level.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, product engineering, test development, software development, sourcing engineering, or component engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
Conducts detailed technical assessments and reliability analyses of supplier components.
Collaborates with design and procurement teams to integrate supplier components into product development processes.
Supports New Product Introduction by ensuring components are validated and production-ready before launch.
Manages non-conforming components through quarantine, rework, and disposition processes.
