As a Senior Supply Chain Engineer, you will join a dynamic and innovative team responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of supplier components into product development processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical assessments of complex components, collaborating with design and procurement teams to validate supplier processes, and supporting new product introductions by ensuring production readiness. You will leverage your expertise in failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action planning to enhance supply chain performance and quality. The role requires proficiency in electrical engineering principles, mechanical properties assessment, and software development tools. Experience with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and knowledge of manufacturing systems are essential. This position plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle, focusing on cost reduction and process optimization within a large-scale supply chain environment.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, product engineering, test development, software development, sourcing engineering, or component engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
Conducts detailed technical assessments and reliability analyses of supplier components.
Collaborates with design and procurement teams to integrate supplier components into product development processes.
Supports New Product Introduction by ensuring components are validated and production-ready before launch.
Manages non-conforming components through quarantine, rework, and disposition processes.
