What you'll do

Develop and execute commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies to improve cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.
Lead the RFI/RFQ/RFP process and manage strategic sourcing for all PCB/PCBA components.
Manage end-to-end relationships with Contract Manufacturers to ensure continuity of supply and risk management.
Perform detailed TCO analysis on quote submissions to make data-driven decisions regarding supplier selection.
Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers to establish best-in-class pricing, quality, and service terms.
Partner with Engineering teams to influence technical design specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Monitor and manage supplier performance metrics including delivery, quality, cost, and innovation.
Provide technical direction and conduct regular technology reviews for executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
8+ years of experience in supply chain category management of printed circuit board assembly and electronics manufacturing, and/or sourcing engineering.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred).
Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or related industry (preferred).
Well-versed in TCO analysis for data-driven analytics in a product-based ecosystem (preferred).
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance (preferred).
