What you'll do

Own the architecture and roadmap of Qualcomm’s Git/Gerrit platforms to align with engineering objectives.

What we're looking for

10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in enterprise-scale Git/Gerrit-based source code management.
Proven hands-on experience deploying and scaling Git/Gerrit in large, globally distributed environments.
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps tooling (e.g., Jenkins).
Demonstrated ability to design highly scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
Extensive scripting and automation skills with languages like Python or Bash.
