What we're looking for
12+ years of software engineering experience as a senior technical leader on platforms spanning multiple teams with multi-year architecture driven to adoption.
Deep IAM expertise across more than one domain including workforce identity, authorization, access lifecycle, or non-human identity.
Substantive experience in service or workload identity, such as service-to-service auth, workload identity federation, or machine credential management at scale.
Production Go experience and distributed systems design on AWS.
Fluency in identity protocols and standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and workload identity patterns.
Proven ability to influence without authority to change technical direction of teams outside your own and secure leadership alignment.
Ability to translate audit and regulatory requirements into automated technical controls with clear communication for executive audiences.
Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency.
