  • Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards across multiple teams.
  • Mentor and grow senior and mid-level engineers while establishing high standards for engineering excellence.
  • Modernize legacy systems through cloud migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Integrate AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and RAG-based approaches, into production applications.
  • Champion best practices in observability, performance tuning, and system reliability.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including senior-level technical leadership.
  • 8+ years leading architecture and large-scale system initiatives.
  • 4+ years building and operating systems in public cloud environments.
  • 3+ years working on AI/ML-driven products or platforms.
  • Deep experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, or C++.
  • Strong background in distributed systems, service-oriented architectures (REST, gRPC), and cloud-native design.
  • Fluency in DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
  • Practical experience integrating AI solutions including LLMs, prompts, and RAG-based approaches.
