What you'll do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the execution data platform and its associated AI experiences.
  • Drive prioritization of data onboarding by determining which sources to integrate based on value, cost, and quality.
  • Translate complex user workflows from program managers and executives into technical requirements and data contracts.
  • Develop durable, reusable capabilities that ensure cross-capability consistency rather than building one-off features.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to make technical decisions regarding AI retrieval, grounding, and entity resolution.
  • Manage trust, privacy, and governance by defining access controls and auditability in collaboration with legal and security teams.
  • Establish and track business outcome metrics using data and experimentation to demonstrate platform impact.
  • Build cross-functional coalitions to align different teams toward shared goals and long-term platform investments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product management designing and delivering platform, data, or large-scale enterprise products.
  • Experience shipping products built on large language models including retrieval, grounding, and agent patterns (preferred).
  • Technical depth in SaaS and data-intensive software development with a focus on API-first or agent-consumable offerings.
  • Experience navigating enterprise data governance including access control, tenancy, consent, retention, and auditability.
  • Proven ability to use a data-driven approach for prioritization, experimentation, and measurement of business results.
  • Experience as a product owner in an Agile environment establishing requirements through epics and data contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate vision and strategy to both small teams and executive audiences.
  • BS/MS in a technical field (preferred).
