What you'll do

Define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the MongoDB Atlas Clusters business unit.
Identify and de-risk high-stakes strategic bets while developing rigorous business cases for executive leadership.
Manage pricing and monetization strategies for the entire product line.
Engage with key customers at the executive level to identify cross-portfolio opportunities.
Mentor Staff and Senior Product Managers to elevate global standards of product management.
Create standardized frameworks and playbooks for data-driven market research across the organization.
Partner with leadership to determine investment allocation and project sequencing across the portfolio.
Serve as a primary public face for the product at conferences and within industry bodies.

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional experience in product management for platform, infrastructure, or database domains.
Deep technical fluency in databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues simply to diverse audiences including executive leadership.
Proven success delivering cross-functional projects and executing on multi-year business cases.
B.Sc. in a technical discipline (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
MBA, M.Sc., or Ph.D. in relevant technical or business domains (preferred).
Experience with MongoDB or other non-relational database technologies (preferred).
Success leading products for developer personas in fast-paced environments and familiarity with cloud-native technologies (preferred).
