What you'll do

Define a multi-year product-led growth strategy for acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

Manage the end-to-end growth roadmap from initial discovery and experimentation through launch and scaling.
Run a rigorous experimentation engine to measure KPIs like auths, starts, conversion, and revenue.
Evaluate AI experiences for accuracy, relevance, and reliability while protecting sensitive financial data.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams.
Mentor product managers and share learnings to scale the growth organization.

What we're looking for

8+ years of hands-on product management experience shipping large-scale consumer products to millions of customers.
Proven success driving product-led growth by optimizing consumer flows for acquisition, activation, conversion, or retention.
Strong analytical skills including designing A/B tests and using SQL, dashboards, or product analytics tools.
Ability to turn ambiguous customer, business, and technical problems into clear strategies that align stakeholders.
Technical fluency to engage engineering and data science leads on architecture, AI model capabilities, and data infrastructure.
A builder mindset with leadership skills to inspire multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior leaders.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field.
Experience building AI/LLM-powered consumer experiences, growth loops, fintech backgrounds, or an MBA/Strategy Consulting background (preferred).
