What you'll do

Lead deep discovery sessions with strategic customer teams to surface business goals and technical constraints.
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for complex AEP implementations across B2C and B2B use cases.
Prototype and validate emerging AEP capabilities before general availability, translating customer feedback into product improvements.
Build and maintain architecture foundations that extend expertise beyond direct engagements with strategic accounts.
Communicate clearly with both technical practitioners and executives through written documents and live presentations.

What we're looking for

7+ years of technical or business consulting experience, including at least 3 years with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Hands-on implementation experience with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA platforms.
Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and design complex business processes.
Deep command of data collection and ingestion across web and mobile SDKs and backend integrations.
Intermediate-to-advanced SQL and Python skills for independent coding tasks.
Certification in Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, AEP, or AJO.
