Senior Software Technical Program Manager, Compute Software - Deep Learning Accelerator

What you'll do

• Lead status meetings to address challenges and customer concerns, maintaining release schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and formulating risk management strategies.
• Enhance product development processes by collaborating with engineering management for efficiency.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, keeping customers informed about issue statuses.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to strategically plan and drive software objectives throughout the lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role with expertise in driving down customer escalations.
• Hands-on experience with software development for hardware platforms and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex products to customers independently.
• Proven ability to creatively resolve technical and resource issues strategically and tactically.
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including configuration management tools.
• Exceptional multitasking skills in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills for diverse audiences.
