What you'll do
Manage end-to-end release management process for software releases.
Coordinate release activities across multiple teams to ensure consistency.
Develop and improve release management processes including scheduling and deployment.
Partner with engineering and product management teams to plan and track objectives.
Utilize coding skills to build automation scripts and tools for efficient delivery.
Work with QA teams on test plans, execution, reviews, and failure analysis.
Identify failures, lead retrospective analysis, and develop improvement action plans.
What we're looking for
12+ years of hands-on software program/release management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
Strong strategic thinking and consensus-building skills for program success
Experience with software engineering principles and enterprise system architecture
Proficiency in modern programming languages and process automation tools
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Experience managing release readiness and mitigating risks across teams
