Join our Technical Program Management team as a senior leader responsible for the planning and execution of software programs that enable cutting-edge enterprise systems. You will architect high-quality technical frameworks to ensure efficient code movement from design through production deployment at scale, designing sophisticated branching strategies and custom automation tools to maintain branch health and streamline integration across the entire stack. Your role involves coordinating technical milestones, defining priorities with engineering and product management, managing version control integrity, and driving continuous improvement in software delivery efficiency. You will collaborate closely with QA teams on test plans and failure analysis while working with Customer Program Managers to resolve issues based on technical feedback from customers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software program management, a deep understanding of enterprise system architecture, proficiency in modern programming languages like Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with tools such as Black Duck for OSS profiling and vulnerability resolution.
Manage software branching strategies to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery of releases.
Architect custom tooling and automation scripts for real-time branch health monitoring across the stack.
Develop program schedules and KPIs to measure release predictability and communicate status to leadership.
Build or enhance automation scripts, dashboards, and tools to streamline release management and improve efficiency.
Work with QA teams on test plans, execution, reviews, and failure analysis to assess overall quality and risk.
Identify technical issues and lead retrospective analysis to develop improvement action plans.
What we're looking for
8+ years of hands-on software program/release management experience
