What we're looking for
Over 7 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, enterprise AI/ML platforms serving multiple business units.
Deep expertise in modern AI/ML infrastructure including cloud-native architectures and MLOps practices.
Strong background in full-stack platform engineering covering microservices, serverless architectures, API design, and CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment with product, data, security, and business stakeholders.
Experience defining and tracking key engineering health metrics to ensure operational excellence.
