What you'll do

Lead the migration of a monolithic C++ codebase into secure, scalable Java-based microservices.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi-repository software environments.
Execute the migration of existing build and repository workflows from Bamboo and Bitbucket to GitLab.
Define scalable versioning, branching, release, and configuration-management strategies across multiple technology stacks.
Develop build infrastructure using tools such as Bazel, CMake, and Maven to support multiple languages.
Assess and improve build, test, release, and artifact-management workflows to increase delivery speed and security.
Integrate modern DevOps practices and security scanning into the software delivery lifecycle.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for multi-repository environments.
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
Experience developing build infrastructure using tools such as Bazel, CMake, Maven, or Make.
Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
