What you'll do

Test performance, triage results, and develop detailed analysis dashboards.
Collaborate with hardware, safety, and product teams to ensure correct product development.
Find innovative solutions to constantly improve internal processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant partners across the organization.

What we're looking for

MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of systems engineering experience on complex systems.
Experience in systems analysis, including error budget creation, modeling of scenarios, data analysis, and statistical analysis.
Experience with verification and validation of world model stacks.
Experience with VLMs, LLMs, and agentic workflows for automated triage.
Understanding of failure analysis methodologies such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and MTBF decomposition.
Proficiency with SQL and Python or C++.
Experience with autonomous vehicles, machine learning, computer vision, or software engineering (preferred).
