What you'll do

What we're looking for

MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of systems engineering experience on complex systems and systems analysis.
Experience with verification and validation of world model stacks.
Experience with VLMs, LLMs, and agentic workflows for automated triage.
Understanding of failure analysis methodologies such as Fault Tree Analysis and MTBF decomposition.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or C++.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive alignment across large organizations.
Preferred experience with autonomous vehicles, machine learning, computer vision, and large datasets.
