Senior Software Engineer, White Label Platform

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and UIs for investor access to performance data and program controls.
• Build and maintain self-service tools to enhance the experience of internal users and external investors.
• Develop scalable and reliable systems that ensure high security, performance, and availability for critical platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and build technical solutions to improve business workflows.
• Create configuration-driven and reusable white-label platform components to streamline partner onboarding.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of high-quality code across full-stack systems.
• Manage real-time data processing pipelines and maintain complex database technologies like SQL and data warehousing solutions.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, services, and UIs for performance data and operational workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines like Kafka or Spark.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, or Python.
• Experience building robust platforms (preferred).
• Experience in capital markets, financial services, or related industries with knowledge of market structures and regulations (preferred).
