What you'll do

Own the delivery of scoped features, APIs, user interfaces, and ML model components.
Write clean, efficient code using languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Drive the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployments, automated testing, and observability.
Integrate AI agents and ML components using internal and external APIs to enhance software intelligence.
Convert high-level designs into detailed technical designs using mock screens, pseudo code, and functional logic.
Translate business pain points into actionable technical requirements and define clear success metrics.
Monitor application performance and conduct complex maintenance procedures using telemetry and logging systems.
Migrate legacy systems while adhering to SOLID principles and object-oriented programming practices.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree and 1 year of experience in software engineering, or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
Must have experience developing applications using an object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java.
Must have experience working with Agile Methodology.
Must have experience deploying and maintaining applications on Cloud.
Must have experience developing front-end UI applications using JavaScript frameworks like Angular or ReactJS.
Must have experience with MSSQL database and Stored Procedures.
Must have experience developing applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) and functional, performance, and unit testing tools.
Must have experience designing REST services, asynchronous messaging with Azure Service Bus, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.
