What you'll do

Own the delivery of scoped features, APIs, and ML model components through the full software development lifecycle.

Translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements and define metrics to measure solution success.
Monitor application performance and system uptime using telemetry, logging systems, and proactive maintenance procedures.
Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to ensure engineering excellence and adherence to design patterns.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree in a related field plus 1 year of software engineering experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of software engineering experience.
Must have experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Python.
Must have experience coding in an object-oriented programming language (Python).
Must have experience designing and implementing database systems using Redis.
Must have experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Must have experience implementing authentication and authorization using JWT tokens.
Must have experience implementing event-driven messaging systems using Apache Kafka.
Must have experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Must have experience developing and executing unit and integration tests for backend services.
Must have experience supporting client service architecture design and implementation.
Must have experience implementing API communication over HTTP and HTTPS with documentation using Swagger.
