Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the release and infrastructure stack.
Define and monitor key metrics for release engineering to guide improvements.

What we're looking for

7+ years designing and operating backend or infrastructure systems in production
Proficiency in backend programming languages with reliability focus (Go, Java, Python)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and release pipeline automation
Experience architecting scalable distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Deep familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools
Strong understanding of observability tooling and SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs
Proven track record improving release processes for reliability and efficiency
