The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of backend engineering experience with expertise in Java, Go, C#, or similar languages, along with a strong background in building large-scale cloud services and distributed database systems like Cassandra. Additional skills in multi-threading, non-blocking I/O, networking concepts, and applied cryptography are highly valued.
