What you'll do

Ensure reliability, performance, and observability of automation workflows through metrics, tracing, and logging.
Troubleshoot technical issues across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines and mentor junior engineers on software design patterns.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience designing and building production software systems.
Expertise in Golang and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Linux-based systems.
Experience coding in object-oriented languages like Java or C++.
Proficiency in version control, automated testing, and code quality best practices.
Understanding of distributed systems concepts and failure modes.
Collaborative experience in Agile/DevOps environments and working with infrastructure/security teams.
Contribution to architecture design, documentation, and best practices for automation.
