As a Staff Software Engineer on the MarTech Engineering Team, you will work closely with marketing domain experts to build and deploy production AI agents that solve real-world campaign, content, social, ABM, and performance problems. Your day-to-day involves rapid prototyping, building integrations against enterprise APIs such as CRMs and CMSes, and hardening pilots into production-grade systems. You will also design the Marketing Domain Skills Library by extracting reusable LLM workflows from live agent work. Proficient in modern LLM APIs and hands-on experience with RAG systems is required, along with a strong background in software engineering and deep technical judgment to ensure agents operate reliably at scale. This role demands expertise in AI-native tooling, operational reality of deploying LLM-powered services, and the ability to communicate effectively across various technical and non-technical audiences within a dynamic distributed team environment.

Proficient in deploying LLM-powered services to production cloud environments with operational understanding.
