What you'll do

  • Design and build enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies.
  • Develop intelligent workflows, real-time data capture, and seamless system integrations for maintenance lifecycles.
  • Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for complex software projects with minimal supervision.
  • Translate user requirements and solution architectures into detailed design specifications and technical documentation.
  • Implement new architectures, standards, and logic for enterprise software in accordance with business strategies.
  • Execute a defined software engineering roadmap and contribute to the organization's technology strategy.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and champion modern software engineering practices like DevSecOps and ALM.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the software development lifecycle and agile engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience required.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse required.
  • Experience developing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and modern application integration patterns required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, and JSON to extend Power Platform capabilities required.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps principles required.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform security, authentication, authorization, and secure application development practices required.
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and/or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certifications are highly desirable (preferred).
