What you'll do

Design and optimize training infrastructure for large language models (LLMs) and semantic language models (SLMs).
Build scalable and reliable services to serve production traffic in complex cloud environments.
Implement security and privacy requirements in the development of AI services.
Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of AI services in production environments.
Lead technical design and drive ambiguous projects to completion, mentoring other engineers.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience with significant ownership of production services.
Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Rust, C++, C#, or Java.
Experience building and operating containerized platforms using Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals including security and deployment practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and mentor other engineers.
Experience diagnosing production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
