What we're looking for

5+ years of experience building highly scalable, performant, and evolvable backend distributed systems.
Proficiency in Spring with Kotlin and/or Java (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to drive best practices in backend development and mentor others in coding and architectural strategies.
Knowledge of observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and tracing in distributed systems.
Expertise in Agile software delivery and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within large enterprise environments.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong experience in the sports industry, gaming, and content delivery (preferred).
Expertise in messaging technologies like Kafka or Amazon SQS and event-driven architectures (preferred).
