TL;DR · Senior Software Engineer, Backend

As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Overseer (Platform), you will join the Overseer team within FinHub in the Platform group to build and scale a real-time integrity layer that enforces financial correctness across every fund flow. You will own workstreams end-to-end, designing correctness models with partner teams, developing AI-powered guardrails like predictive consistency models, and operating detection systems in production. The role involves building core detection engines, invariant frameworks, and onboarding tooling to ensure transaction accuracy. You will utilize Go, Ruby, or Python for backend programming while working with streaming data infrastructure such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark, and distributed data stores like Postgres or DynamoDB.
