What you'll do

Collaborate with teams on data pipelines, RAG systems, vector databases, and GPU workflows.
Identify gaps in current agent architectures and create tools to enhance developer productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or related field.
8+ years experience in Rust, Python, Go, Node.js with familiarity in at least one more language.
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with agent architectures, frameworks, and harnesses.
Proficiency in LLM applications, workflows, tool calls, and model-provider APIs.
Ability to design cross-language APIs focusing on consistency, usability, stability, and compatibility.
