What we're looking for
PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+, BS with 8+ years of relevant experience in a technical field, including at least 3 years in senior or management roles.
Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar high-level programming languages.
Proven track record managing complex hardware/software integration projects.
Deep familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), build systems (Bazel), and large datasets using SQL and source control like git.
Strong design, coding, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience within simulation, autonomous systems, robotics, or AI domains.
