What you'll do

Ensure high availability and performance of myPBM applications and infrastructure.
Define and manage service level indicators, objectives, and agreements (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs).
Implement end-to-end observability across UI, APIs, and infrastructure layers.
Support CI/CD pipelines and enforce deployment guardrails for production readiness.
Manage cloud infrastructure including AKS, compute, storage, and networking.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and lead incident response and root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps.
Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically Azure and AKS/Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Strong skills in incident management, root cause analysis, and logging practices.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
