What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on Salesforce development using Apex and related tools.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning web components and extensive knowledge of programming languages like APEX and JavaScript.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise Salesforce implementations, including integrations and customizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Strong technical leadership skills to set engineering standards and mentor senior engineers in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Rally or Jira for project management.
