What you'll do

Develop and maintain software to abstract build, release, and deployment events for multiple development organizations.
Build and support mission-critical infrastructure, custom tools, and shared libraries for internal application teams.
Implement CI/CD best practices in direct collaboration with app development teams.
Manage and support critical build and artifact storage systems for the entire organization.
Analyze and improve the developer experience for thousands of internal users.
Lead the development of critical features to ensure they meet specific user needs and requirements.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support systems and services during production incidents.

What we're looking for

Over 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, C, or C#.
Familiarity with scripting in Bash or PowerShell.
Experience with version-controlled environments and CI/CD workflows using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, or Argo.
In-depth knowledge of Linux systems including file systems, process control, and SSH key management.
Hands-on experience with AWS core services and container orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
