What you'll do
Serve as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve high-stakes security inquiries.
Translate complex technical issues into clear risk-based narratives for customer communication.
Train regional sales teams on standard engagement protocols and leverage Customer Assurance resources effectively.
Drive technological changes by implementing AI and automation strategies to streamline workflows globally.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prepare accurate technical talking points before customer requests.
What we're looking for
3+ years of information security or related experience
Strong understanding of cloud methodologies and compliance standards
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both internal and external stakeholders
Experience with SaaS cloud security risk assessment and identity management principles
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations while addressing technical limitations
Familiarity with Federal or highly regulated compliance frameworks preferred
