Senior Scientist, Data Science, Therapeutics Development & Supply

What you'll do

• Build, test, validate, and iterate on AI/ML models to support Therapeutics Development & Supply use cases.
• Translate complex scientific and business questions into tractable modeling problems using fit-for-purpose methods.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Develop clean, well-documented analytical code using Python and modern data science tooling.
• Follow software engineering best practices including version control, testing, documentation, and code review.
• Partner with domain experts to understand data requirements and design ML/AI solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate progress to the team lead.

What we're looking for

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in applied data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling, including graduate research.
• Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ph.D. in a quantitative or scientific discipline (preferred).
• Experience with pharmaceutical, bioprocess, manufacturing, or healthcare data (preferred).
• Familiarity with experimental design, Bayesian methods, scientific computing, or cloud-based data science environments (preferred).
